What it does

No publicly named AI safety or alignment function. Apple Security Engineering and Architecture runs the bounty; Private Cloud Compute is the published mechanism for AI privacy guarantees.

Honest assessment

Apple's bounty is well-funded and known to pay, but it is a security program. Apple has historically been criticised by researchers for slow triage and for disputes over credit and payout, though the 2025-26 program restructure raised maximums substantially. There is no published channel of any kind for Apple Intelligence model behaviour — no safety@, no model feedback form, no responsible AI contact.
