What it does

No publicly named frontier safety function in English. Baidu Security Response Center (BSRC) handles vulnerabilities across Baidu properties including Ernie.

Honest assessment

No public accounts found of external researchers reporting Ernie model-safety issues to Baidu. BSRC is an established security platform with a long history, but there is no English-language AI safety intake and no published framework. Baidu's AI governance is driven by CAC filing requirements rather than a voluntary published framework.

Notes

Record as: no verified English-language model-safety channel. BSRC is the only real route and it is security-scoped and Chinese-language.
