STRONGEST NJ ROUTE — New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (Office of the Attorney General). AG Platkin and DCR issued Guidance on Algorithmic Discrimination (8 Jan 2025) holding that the NJ Law Against Discrimination applies to algorithmic and AI-driven discrimination in employment, housing, lending and places of public accommodation, and created a Civil Rights Innovation Lab.
