Honest assessment

Closed by design. Everything runs through national delegations and the four chartered stakeholder groups. An individual's realistic move is to join a CSISAC-affiliated organisation rather than approach the OECD directly.

Concerns it covers

Governance-neutral and comprehensive: trustworthy AI, incidents, labour market effects, compute and diffusion. Risk taxonomy is broad rather than catastrophe-focused.
